MVR SYSTEM INTRODUCTION
Mechanical vaporization re-compression system, which is called MVR which principle is to compress the second steam generated by evaporator by high efficiency steam compressor; this process transfers electric energy to eating energy and higher the pressure and temperature of second steam. The second steam with higher temperature will be sent to evaporation room to heat the product for evaporation. So the latent heat of vaporization of the second steam can be circularly used. Making use of less energy which is the mechanical energy of compressor blade wheel as the compression heat pump, energy is added into the heating medium and is circularly used in heating process. Under this circumstance, no need to add first steam as heating medium.

However, compared to pure packaged drinking water, packaged mineral water is a premium product and costs a lot more. Vacuum salt is the only salt that is deemed edible in the United States, Europe, and all other developed nations. This is due to the fact that refined salt is created by grinding and washing raw solar salt from saturated brine, whereas pure salt is created by evaporating a pure and filtered salt solution.It is not feasible to completely purge the salt of soluble and insoluble contaminants like grit and sand during the latter phase. In addition to producing vacuum salt, the procedure also yields distilled water, which can be used to create mineral water. As a result, the payback period is shorter than two years The process involves continuous evaporation of the salt solution by allowing steam to enter the salt solution and condensing the steam to recover useful water. To save on steam consumption, multiple units are used in series so that the steam produced by one unit is evaporated in the next unit, thus eliminating the need to generate new steam. This process is continued over many effects, so that each kilogram of steam produced by the first effect generates many kilograms of steam from subsequent effects. The vapour produced by the last effect is condensed in a condenser with water from a cooling tower. The whole unit is initially under vacuum and thereafter the pressure of the whole system is thermodynamically stabilised. The vacuum is generated by using a suitable vacuum pump. The number of effects depends on the capacity of the plant in order to achieve optimum economy with minimum investment.
