• Raw salt crystals are fed into the crusher to break them into smaller particles
• Crushed salt undergoes multiple washing cycles using specialized cleaning devices to remove impurities
• Washed salt passes through a fluidized bed drying system for moisture removal

This grinding and washing salt refining technology is a reliable method for producing high-purity salt with substantial production capacity, suitable for food production, industrial processes, and water treatment applications.

For raw salt particles (≤10mm), the production follows the "four washes and three pulverizations" method:

• Four washes: spiral washing, two rounds of vertical stirring washing, and countercurrent washing
• Three pulverizations: primary wet pulverization, dry pulverization, and pulverization after sieving
