The mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporator uses two steam sources: the evaporator and the compressor. This creates heating steam, which is then sent to the evaporator's heating chamber where it condenses into water after increasing in temperature, pressure, and enthalpy. In this manner, the original steam that was abandoned has been fully utilized, the latent heat recovery has improved the thermal efficiency and economy of steam, comparable to 30 effect evaporation, lowering the demand for external heating and cooling resources,lowering energy consumption, and lowering pollution.

Working principle

The working process is that the steam at low temperature is compressed by the compressor, the temperature and pressure are increased, the enthalpy is increased, and then the steam is condensed into the heat exchanger to make full use of the latent heat of the steam. No steam is generated during the entire evaporation process except for starting the engine.
In the process of multi-effect evaporation, the secondary steam of a certain effect of the evaporator can not be used as the primary effect heat source directly, but only as the secondary effect or secondary effect heat source. For example, as an effective heat source, it must be given extra energy to raise its temperature (pressure). The steam jet pump compresses only part of the secondary steam, while the MVR evaporator compresses all of the secondary steam in the evaporator.
