This horizontal two-stage pusher centrifuge is ideal for salt refining plants, featuring continuous operation at full speed through all processes including feeding, separating, washing, drying and unloading. It effectively separates concentrated suspensions containing crystalline particles (0.1-10mm) or short fibers (less than 30mm), widely used in chemical, fertilizer, salt, pharmaceutical, food, and light industrial sectors.
The centrifuge offers automatic continuous operation with continuous slagging, high production capacity, and minimal grain breakage. Additional advantages include high residue production, excellent solids recovery, low moisture content in residues, and low energy consumption. Contact surfaces are made of stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance.

Working Principle
The host operates at full speed while suspension enters through the feed tube onto the allocated disk mounted on the outer drum. Centrifugal force distributes the liquid uniformly across the drum plate. The liquid phase escapes through the plate net and drum filter holes, while the solid phase forms a residue layer. The inner drum's reciprocating motion moves residues along the axis for discharge outside the drum.
