Chemical Two Stage Pusher Centrifuge for Industrial Salt Dewatering

The PP Series horizontal pusher centrifuge is a fully automatic, continuous-operation centrifuge designed for chemical industry salt dewatering applications. This perforated basket centrifuge features a two-stage separation process for maximum efficiency.

Operation Principle

The mixture is fed continuously through the feeding pipe to the first stage basket where most mother-liquor separates through the sieves. The first stage basket rotates and reciprocates, pushing the formed product cake into the second stage basket for further dewatering under increased centrifugal force, ensuring optimal cake humidity. The system allows for effective washing when high purity solid products are required, with separate discharge of washing agent and mother-liquor.
