Working principle
Peeler centrifuge is a kind of centrifuge which could work continuously, intermittently and with filtering function. With both automatically and manually during feeding, separating, washing, dewatering, discharging and filtering in a whole process under high speed running, and a short time circulation, large capacity processing, low moisture filter cake and clean washing.
PPC series peeler centrifuge was widely applied in chemical, foodstuff, light industries, pharmaceutical, and starch industries etc, especially for suspension liquid with large, medium and small size particles, such as sulphuric ammonia, carbonic ammonia, PVC, and modified starch etc.

Advantages
Horizontal structure and floating platform damping system adopted to ensure stable operation and suppress noise.

8. Hydraulic coupling for transmission of power , smooth startup well protects the motor not to damage from overload, and simplifies the routine maintenance.
9. The components directly contact the separating material is made from stainless steel, highly improves the anti-corrosion performance and meets the hygiene standards.
10. Horizontal siphon centrifuges applies siphon improving the production efficiency by more than 50% compared to GK series (same bowl diameter), however, can make lower moisture solids cakes.
