Automated Industrial Salt Washing and Refining Production Line
This fully automated production line processes both sea salt and rock salt through complete refining stages including crushing, washing, centrifuge dewatering, and drying. Designed for both edible and industrial salt production applications.
Overview
The production line follows Hanpu's proven process route: raw salt crushing, multi-stage washing, two-stage pusher centrifuge dewatering, and hot-air or fluidized-bed drying. Downstream processes include screening and packing. The system is engineered for energy efficiency, product purity, and stable operation.

Process Flow
  1. Pre-treatment & Crushing: Reduce raw salt to suitable particle size, easing washing and grading.
  2. Multi-stage Washing: Use screw/agitator washers with counter-current rinsing to remove mud, sand and soluble impurities, improving purity.
  3. Continuous Centrifuge Dewatering: Two-stage pusher centrifuge lowers moisture and saves drying energy.
  4. Drying & Screening: Hot-air or fluidized-bed drying to target moisture, then screening to grain size before packing.
