MVR forced circulation evaporation system consists of evaporator, separator, forced circulation pump and steam compressor. The heat transfer between the material in the evaporator tube and the steam outside the tube causes the temperature to rise; After the temperature rises, the solution is divided into two phases: steam and solution. The steam rises to the separator, and the droplets in the steam are separated by the demister. After purification, the droplets are transported to the compressor. The compressor compresses the steam and sends it to the shell side of the evaporator for heating steam, so as to realize the secondary steam recycling and continuous evaporation. The secondary steam generated by evaporation overflows from the material, the material is concentrated into supersaturated material, crystallizes, and the crystal slurry is output from the circulation pipeline by the discharge pump; The mother liquor enters the forced circulating pump, and then enters the evaporator for re evaporation under the action of the circulating pump.
In this way, the circulation continuously evaporates, concentrates and crystallizes.

The Tubular Forced Circulation Evaporator FCE is the right solution to concentrate streams containing a big amount of suspended solids, medium-highly viscous fluids and products with high tendency to fouling. This kind of evaporator is also widely used as crystallizer, where special separator designs are used to separate crystals from the recirculated crystal slurry.
It is particularly suited as high concentration step in multiple-effect (ME) evaporation, thermal vapor recompression (TVR) or mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) arrangement because the forced circulation evaporator can handle more concentration values and/or higher solid content than a falling film evaporators.
In a multi-stage system, Forced Circulation Evaporators can be used in combination with Thin Film Evaporators/Dryers or with Falling Film Evaporators
