Introduction of MVR
Mechanical steam recompression evaporator, referred to as MVR for short, is based on the principle that the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is compressed by a high-efficiency steam compressor, and the electric energy is converted into heat energy, so that the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are increased, and the heated secondary steam is pumped into an evaporation chamber to heat materials and evaporate, thus achieving the purpose of recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. By using relatively little energy, that is, the mechanical energy of the compressor impeller in the case of a compression heat pump, the energy is added to the process heating medium and enters a continuous cycle. In this case, primary steam is not needed as a heating medium.
This roots steam compressor is suitable for the purification of organic working fluids, seawater desalination, vapor compression transportation, concentration and crystallization in the chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, food industries and the secondary vapor recompression process of the MVR system for industrial waste liquid treatment.
Introduction of roots compressor
The compressor consists of a main and a shell, driven rotor group, a mechanical seal, a bearing, a synchronous gear and a coupling.
The compressor shell is composed of working cavity, front and rear cover, fuel tank and front cover, according to whether the sysytem is anti-corrosive, the material can be stainless steel or carbon steel, welded and formed, and processed by CNC boring and milling machine once after heat treatment, it is formed to ensure that the center distance between two rotors and concentricity of the front and rear bearing positions meet the design requirements; the working cavity is equipped with a spray device for gas cooling and rotor sealing; the gas inlet and outlet directions are generally upward and downward, and can also be arranged according to the system. The cloth needs to be made in the form of top in and side out.
2. Driven rotor group
The compressor rotor group is composed of the main shaft and the fan blade assembly, the main shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel; the fan blades are two blades, using advanced arc-involute profiles, and have passed the rotor dynamics calculations, the optimal structure can be obtained by analyzing the strength and rigidity of the rotor. The fan blades are intergrally cast, and the material is different according to the composition of the materials processed by the process system. You can choose duplex stainless steel 2205, stainless steel 316L or ductile iron. After the fan blade is cast, it is processed by a machining center. The static and dynamic balance of the rotor group meets the design requirements, and the balance level is higher than G5.6
3. Mechanical seal
The compressor rotor end face seal adopts high-quality brand mechanical seal or lip group seal. The mechanical seal cooling provides oil spray cooling for the external thin oil station; the lip group seal has no cooling device.
The compressor bearing adopts rolling bearing. The fixed end adopts spherical roller bearings, and the free end adopts cylindrical roller bearings. The bearing brand adopts the international first-class brand, NSK, SKF, or FAG
