Intelligent multi-effect integrated low temperature mechanical vapor recompression MVR evaporator
MVR is the abbreviation of Mechanical Vapor Recompression. It takes use of the compressor to re-compress the second vapor (low temperature and low pressure) which is evaporated from the liquid material, to rise its temperature and pressure, so as to reuse it as heating source to evaporate the liquid material again. During the evaporation of normal multi effect evaporator, the second vapor of one effect could not be used as the heating source of its own effect, can only be used for the other effect. If want to use for its own effect, must provide extra energy to increase its temperature(pressure), and the steam jet pump can only compress part second vapor, while MVR Evaporator can compress all the second vapor inside the evaporator.
The evaporation process of MVR is low temperature steam compressed by compressor, temperature and pressure increase, increase in enthalpy, and then enters the heat exchanger in order to take full advantage of the latent heat of steam. Apart from the drive started, the entire evaporation no need steam.
It can be widely used to Milk, glucose, organic acid, VC, xylose, pharmaceutical, plant, chemical industry, environmental protection, waste recycling, paper making, salt making industry such as evaporation and concentration, evaporation crystallization, low temperature of evaporation process etc.
MVR has more advantages, such as energy saving, high thermal efficiency, low power consumption, no pollution, equipment stable operation, simple operation, high automation and equipment in compact, covers an small area space, and save the cooling system. Especially applies to the factory who want to expand the steam and water supply but space is insufficient, and need chilled water and condensation water for low temperature evaporation situation, can save investment and gain good energy saving effect.

The investment of combined evaporation process equipment increased: evaporator (2500 m2) 375x10000 RMB; MVR compressor 400x10000rmb, total 775x10000 RMB
Annual operating cost reduction of combined evaporation process: 3672-2115 = 1557 (10000RMB)
Investment increase payback period of combined evaporation process: 755 ÷ 1557=0.5year
It can be seen that taking the scale of 100t / h as an example, the combined evaporation process can recover the increased investment in half a year, and save 1557 (10000 RMB) every year in the future, with considerable economic benefits.
