Product Description
15,000 kg/h Three-Effect Falling Film Evaporator for Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry
Designed for continuous concentration and mother-liquor recovery, Hanpu’s three-effect falling film evaporator (15,000 kg/h) delivers high throughput with low specific steam consumption. Operating under vacuum with staged effects, the system reuses latent heat to minimize utilities while protecting heat-sensitive actives, intermediates, and APIs.

Energy Efficiency
Multi-effect heat reuse (E1→E2→E3) achieves a steam economy of ~3.5–4.0 kg water/kg steam; optional TVR/MVR can further reduce OPEX.
Gentle, Clean, Compliant
Vacuum, low residence time falling-film evaporation protects product quality. Contact parts in SS316L with sanitary welds support cGMP practice.
Stable & Scalable
Anti-scaling design, inline density/conductivity control, and PLC/HMI automation keep concentration on-spec during long campaigns.
Process Overview
  1. Feed & Preheat: Metered feed is preheated via condensate/heat recovery to cut live steam.
  2. Effect 1: Live steam heats E1; generated vapor becomes the heating medium for E2.
  3. Effect 2 & 3: Successively lower pressures/temperatures maintain gentle boiling and high overall ΔT utilization.
  4. Separation & Control: Vapor–liquid separators ensure clean condensate; inline density or refractometer governs discharge/recycle.
  5. Vacuum & Condensing: Final vapors condense in a surface condenser; non-condensables are removed by the vacuum system.
