By cascading effects under vacuum, the system reuses latent heat, cuts steam demand, and delivers stable performance across challenging wastewater streams from chemicals, pharma, textiles, food & beverage, pulp & paper, and more.

How It Works — Falling-Film Multi-Effect Under Vacuum
  1. Feed & Preheat: Effluent is metered and preheated using clean condensate to save live steam.
  2. Effect 1 → Effect 2 → Effect 3: Live steam heats the 1st effect; generated vapor heats the next effects at lower pressures.
  3. Separation: Vapor–liquid separators ensure clean condensate recovery and stable circulation.
  4. Control of Concentration: Inline density/conductivity triggers discharge or recycle to meet target TDS/solids.
  5. Utilities & Emissions: Final vapor condenses in the surface condenser; non-condensables are removed by the vacuum system.
