Pesticide Wastewater Triple-Effect Falling Film Evaporator
Engineered by Hanpu, this triple-effect falling film evaporator is purpose-built for pesticide and agrochemical wastewater concentration. The system reduces volume, recovers clean condensate, and prepares high-TDS mother liquor for crystallization or incineration—while minimizing steam and cooling demand through staged heat reuse under vacuum.

Built for Complex Chemistry
Handles chlorinated organics, solvents, emulsions, and colored liquors with low-ΔT operation and even film distribution to limit fouling and polymerization.
Corrosion-Resistant Materials
Product-wetted parts in SS316L (duplex or titanium optional) for chloride- and solvent-bearing streams; utility and structure in SS304 for value optimization.

Process Overview
  1. Feed Conditioning: Filtration, pH adjustment, antiscalant and defoamer to stabilize incoming pesticide effluent.
  2. Effect-1 (Highest T): Live steam heats the first effect; generated vapor is routed as the heating medium to Effect-2.
  3. Effect-2 & Effect-3 (Lower T & P): Cascaded vapors drive evaporation at progressively lower temperatures, cutting fresh steam use.
  4. Condensation & Vacuum: Surface condenser recovers water; vacuum package removes non-condensables and protects film quality.
  5. Downstream Options: Concentrate to crystallizer (NaCl/(NH4)2SO4), brine to ZLD, or thermal oxidizer—per site compliance plan.
